Terms & Conditions

1. This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by BLUEBERRY MOON STUDIO LTD.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging where possible.

3. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned for a refund where they are perishable (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, magazines) or where they are intimate or sanitary goods (like underwear), or where they are hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

4. Other types of services cannot be returned for a refund, for example where the service begins as soon as you make the payment (e.g. a downloadable software product) or a gift card or gift wrapping service, custom made goods that have been signed off by a client and inspected prior printing. 

5. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange of the original purchase price for the goods you wish to return, and the original postage and packaging charges made. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us. Personalised or Custom made items, worn, washed or used items cannot be returned unless faulty from a manufacturing process. Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible. 

6.  Our standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price if you change your mind (i.e. the goods provided are faulty or were not described properly) within 14 working days.

7. If the item you purchased was faulty, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction. Faulty items must be reported within 14 days and are accepted up to 28 days after the delivery date. 

8. Where you would like to return a physical product you have purchased, please contact us to let us know that you will be returning the item and we will provide you with the return details. To obtain a refund for a non-physical product please see CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS below.

9. Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, We aim to refund within 14 days from when we receive the item that is confirmed faulty on inspection. 

10. If you haven't received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account. 

11. If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).

12. If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.

CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS

13. From initiating design, concept, supplier sourcing and printing; service must be agreed by the Client via proofing of artwork. A 50% deposit is required once the artwork has been approved and services agreed between both parties. 

14. Title or ownership in the goods supplied by BLUEBERRY MOON STUDIO LTD. to the client shall not pass to the client until such time as full payment has been received, full payment being the receipt of cleared funds in respect of the whole order relating to the goods supplied.

15. In the event of the customer wishing to change the design, artwork or other aspect of the order such request must be given by the client to us in writing. We will use our best endeavours to make the changes in accordance with this request but must reserve the right to charge the client the additional cost of any such changes arising out of this request and will notify the client of the costs at the time of the request or as soon as possible. 

16. If, for an reason, BLUEBERRY MOON STUDIO LTD. foresee and extended lead time on said product, we will discuss with the client if we need to amend the initial delivery time frame should any changes to an order be required. Orders requiring new artwork will not be started until artwork is signed by client.

17. Whether we accept a return of custom made goods is entirely at our own discretion excepting where the return of goods is as a result of the failure on the part of BLUEBERRY MOON STUDIO LTD. to supply the relevant goods in accordance with the order. Goods cannot be returned if additional, individual design or embroidery work has been effected on such goods and/or the client has used the goods and/or itself added the design or embroidery work.

18. These terms and conditions are unless otherwise agreed deemed to apply to all orders and contract arrangements entered into between BLUEBERRY MOON STUDIO LTD. and the client/customer including repeat or fresh orders from the client/customer.

19. For the avoidance of doubt if these should be any dispute under these terms and conditions or the contract between BLUEBERRY MOON STUDIO LTD. and the customer/client then such dispute shall be dealt with under Northern Irish law.

20. These terms and conditions do not in any way remove, restrict, hinder or take away from the customer any of their statutory rights

Delivery within Northern Ireland and United Kingdom:

Click & Collect services are available when checking out your cart. just select the option and you will receive a notification of when your order is ready for collection from our store.  

Postage and packaging for orders over £50 is free to Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. All deliveries will be tracked via ROYAL MAIL SERVICES. Once dispatched, you will receive notification of tracking and estimated delivery time.

In some cases, where applicable, packages larger than 2kg may require a Courier Service and incur an additional charge in accordance with their terms of shipping. Please contact us to discuss this further if required.

Deliveries outside of Northern Ireland: 

Ireland: Items are not eligible for free delivery, the postage, carriage and custom charges that apply to your region will be applied to you, the customer. 

Delivery Problems:

If an issue occurs regarding delivery please contact us and your courier with your tracking number to help locate your item(s). If said items cannot be recovered, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in any way that we can.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. Payments are processed through Square POS System where they collect Customer Data to process transaction onsite or online.
